API Q1 certified quality management system; water hose/cement hose/connecting hose has API-7K and ABS certificate; overflow prevention hose and fire hose have API-16C and ABS certificate.

Product Introduction: Hydraulic hoses and fittings, industrial hoses and fittings for the petrochemical and other industries, and composite rubber and rubber sealing products are Letone's three core industries. Letone's product certifications include MA (Inland Safety Standard), MSHA, American Petroleum Institute (API) API-16C and API-7K, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) (oil drilling equipment and steel wire braided rubber hose assemblies), and Lloyd's Register fire resistance certification. These products fully meet the needs of equipment manufacturing, oil drilling, steel metallurgy, rail transportation, energy, and chemical industries.
High Pressure
Oil drilling and exploration operations often require high pressure resistance. Our oil drilling hoses can operate normally in environments with pressures up to 200 MPa and can transport water-based and oil-based muds under high pressure. Higher pressures require more layers of steel wire, thus requiring a more stringent manufacturing process. Our designers use 2-6 layers of high-strength, highly flexible steel wire or rope to withstand high pressures.
Same Diameter
In conventional rubber hoses, the inner diameter of the hose at the joints compresses significantly after installation. Our oil drilling hoses have a constant diameter, reducing eddy currents and resistance when the medium flows through the joints, protecting the rubber hose, preventing internal friction, and extending its service life.
Lightweight
The API 7K series rotary drilling and vibration damping hose is lightweight, 25% lighter than conventional spiral hoses. This lighter hose contributes to increased fuel efficiency, reduced transportation costs, and...

Multi-layer high-strength steel wire-reinforced rotary drilling hose
Rotary drilling hoses are primarily used to transport water-based or oil-based drilling mud and other fluids at operating temperatures ranging from -30°C to +82°C. These hoses are commonly used for water transportation in oilfields, cement repair, geological exploration, and coal mining. They consist of three parts: the hose, the reinforcement, and the cover. The hose is made of abrasion-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and oil-resistant nitrile rubber. The reinforcement is made of 2-8 layers of high-strength spiral steel wire, giving the hose a sturdy structure and high pressure resistance. The casing is made of high-quality synthetic rubber (primarily neoprene), making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, tearing, weathering, ozone, aging, and sunlight exposure. As a result, the hose has a longer service life.
Oilfield rubber hose and end fittings available
Flexible drilling hose plays a critical role in oil extraction. It must withstand high operating pressures, extreme operating temperatures, abrasion, and other adverse elements. Steel wire reinforcement can withstand operating pressures up to 15,000 psi. Steel wire is typically galvanized or copper-plated to increase its resistance to rust and corrosion. Due to the thickness of the reinforcement, the hose must be handled and stored properly to avoid being stepped on or crushed. Doing so will significantly reduce its rated operating pressure.
Class E rotary vibrator hose for sour service
Flexible connections between standpipes and rotary pipes (rotary drilling) or between pumps and standpipes (rotary vibrators) are used to pump drilling mud under ultra-high pressure in drilling and oil exploration operations. These hoses meet the high requirements of directional drilling and downlink connections subject to negative pressure pulses and high temperatures. This hose can also be used as a motion compensator hose to stabilize rotary drilling and pumping equipment and prevent vertical wave effects on offshore drilling platforms. The use of motion compensator hose for phosphate oil is not recommended.
Advanced, Economical, and Affordable Rotary Drilling Hose
Letone Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd., located in Henan Province, China, has developed into a strong competitor in the production of rotary drilling hoses for oilfield drilling rig systems. Thanks to over 20 years of hard work, our rotary/drilling hoses are widely accepted by distributors and contractors worldwide, including in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, and other countries and regions.
