Flexibility

Low-temperature Bending: Under test conditions of -40°C, the bend radius is 50% lower than DIN EN853 standards. The bend radius of the 1" 42MPa Super Hercules series hose with low bend is approximately 250mm.
Pulse Performance

Pulse tested at 1.33 times the working pressure, exceeding 1 million pulse cycles.
Abrasion Resistance

The highly abrasion-resistant outer layer exhibits 0g wear under experimental conditions.
Rupture Resistance

4 times the working pressure.

Rubber Hose Use and Maintenance

(i) Select the correct hose type and specifications according to the application conditions to prevent misuse and replacement. It is strictly forbidden to use low-pressure hoses in place of high-pressure hoses, or to use ordinary hoses (air or (i) Hoses used for conveying liquids).
